WATDesignExpress (“We” or “WAT”) offers lifetime support for our themes as long as WAT are still in business. We will do our best to help resolve any problem, though sometimes it is out of our ability and we cannot guarantee it will be fixed. If you are having an issue with one of our products, please send us a Support Ticket. Support is only available to those who have purchased our themes, our installation service and/or other services directly from either of WATDesignExpress’s shops listed here:
Our response time may vary depending on the nature of your requests, the volume of inquiries, and whether your questions have already been answered (included answers in our FAQs), or support has already been provided. Normally, we will get back to you within 1-2 business days or less from the time we receive your questions.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR SUPPORT POLICY
Support is provided for questions and issues pertaining to our products (themes), which are:
- Answering questions about how to use the theme;
- Answering technical questions about the theme (and in some cases, included third-party assets);
- Help with defects in the theme (and in some cases, included third-party assets);
- Theme updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and the theme works as described and to resolve security vulnerabilities.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SUPPORT POLICY
Our Support Policy does not cover the following:
- Theme customization;
- Installation of themes, plugins, affiliate programs and other third-party assets;
- Hosting, server environment, or software;
- Help from authors of included third-party assets.
We also offer Theme Installation and Customization Service if you’d like us to install or customize the theme for you. Please browse our shop to know all related services provided.
If you make changes to any of our themes, we cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from those changes.
